Pet Policy

DEPOSIT & FEES:
$350 deposit per pet or $500 for two (2)
$45/month for pet ($80 for two pets, (2) max allowed per household)
The weight limit is 60 lbs. Breed Restrictions do apply

PET OVERVIEW: Cats and dogs are welcome in our community! All pet residents must have their health check and shots, and be spayed or neutered. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. Two (2) max pets allowed.
