DEPOSIT & FEES:
$350 deposit per cat (additional $150 deposit for a second kitty, max two per household)
$35/month for pet (per pet, 2 max allowed)
PET OVERVIEW: Cats are welcome at our community! All pet residents must have their health check and shots, and be spayed or neutered. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. Two (2) max pets allowed.
